The goal of this challenge is to give you a daily prompt that will spur you on in prayer to deepen your relationship with the Lord, align yourself with God’s will, and grow in fellowship in the process!
Here at team TUVU, we want to set you up for success for this challenge. To do so, here are some tips to make sure it’s a fruitful 30 days:
Remember, this is meant to be a fun, inspiring way to deepen your relationship with the Lord. Don’t get down on yourself if you miss a day or two–let’s keep a spirit of joy and encouragement with this “challenge”!

Without further ado, here are your 30 Days of Prayer Prompts for the TUVU 30 Day Prayer Challenge!
"Honor your father and your mother, so that you may live long in the land the Lord your God is giving you." — Exodus 20:12.
Take time today to thank God for your mom and to lift her needs, health, and well-being to Him. If your mom has passed, give thanks for her life.
Pray for strength, wisdom, and God’s guidance in your father’s life. If your father has passed or you didn’t have a strong relationship, pray that the Lord will work healing in your lives and for peace in the situation.
How good and pleasant it is when God’s people live together in unity! — Psalm 133:1
Pray for your siblings to experience God’s love and blessings. Ask God to strengthen your bond and bring peace to any strained relationships.
If you are married, pray for your spouse’s physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Ask God to deepen your love and strengthen your partnership. If you’re not married, pray for someone’s marriage that you admire or for your future spouse.
Children are a heritage from the Lord, offspring a reward from him. — Psalm 127:3
Pray for your children’s protection, faith, and future. Ask God to guide them in their paths and help you be a loving, godly example.
Lift up your colleagues in prayer, asking for unity, kindness, and productivity in your workplace. Pray for any specific needs they may have or challenges they’re facing.
Ask God to bless your boss with wisdom, discernment, and humility. Pray for a healthy work environment and for God to use you as a light in your workplace.
For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. — Jeremiah 29:11
Ask God to reveal His purpose for your life. Pray for clarity, courage, and obedience to follow His calling.
In the same way, the Spirit helps us in our weakness. We do not know what we ought to pray for, but the Spirit himself intercedes for us through wordless groans. — Romans 8:26
Spend time in quiet reflection, inviting the Holy Spirit to guide your prayers and bring specific people or situations to mind.
Take time to listen for God’s voice. Sit in silence, ask Him to speak to you, and meditate on what He reveals.
This, then, is how you should pray: “Our Father in heaven, hallowed be your name…” — Matthew 6:9-13
Pray the Lord’s Prayer slowly and reflectively, meditating on each phrase and its significance.
Pray for your nation’s leaders, citizens, and future. Ask God to bring unity, justice, and revival.
Thank God for the gift of friendship. Pray for your friends’ specific needs, their walk with God, and your relationships with them.
Visualize your prayers by creating a prayer board. Include photos, names, or written requests, and pray over them daily.
Choose a verse that has special meaning to you and pray it over your life. Personalize it as a declaration of faith.
Ask for God’s healing and comfort for someone who is ill. Pray for their medical team and their loved ones as well.
Pray for a friend, family member, or acquaintance who has yet to know Jesus. Ask God to soften their heart and reveal His love to them so that they may know Him as Lord and Savior.
Ask someone in your circle how you can pray for them, and take time to intercede on their behalf.
Your kingdom come, your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. — Matthew 6:10
Submit your plans to God and ask for His perfect will to prevail in your life.
If any of you lacks wisdom, you should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to you. — James 1:5
Pray for discernment and guidance in your decisions and actions.
Ask God to help you give freely of your time, resources, and love. Pray for opportunities to bless others.
Thank God for His faithfulness and ask Him to provide for your needs and the needs of others.
Spend time in prayer and stillness, asking God to speak to your heart. Be open to His voice through scripture, thoughts, or impressions.
Invite someone to pray with you today. Experience the power of unity in prayer.
Lift up your church’s leaders, members, and mission. Pray for growth, unity, and God’s presence.
Pray for a ministry you support or admire. Ask God to bless their efforts and expand their impact.
Intercede for someone facing financial, emotional, or spiritual challenges. Ask God to meet their needs.
Ask God to make His presence more evident in your daily life and to help you stay attuned to His work around you.
Put on the full armor of God, so that you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes. — Ephesians 6:11
Pray through each piece of the armor, asking God to protect and strengthen you.
Ask God to deepen your desire to communicate with Him. Pray for consistency, focus, and joy in your prayer life.
