Church on Sunday is helpful, or a group Bible study can be great in navigating the week to week, but getting alone with the Lord and spending time with Him is our anchor for the day to day. Nothing can replace that time of individual worship. When we spend time with God, we can meditate on an inspiring Bible verse, or bring prayer requests to Him. Implementing a prayer journal for women is a great way to grow spiritually. This provides the space for you to reflect on the Lord's promises and meditate on a daily or weekly Scripture verse. Here, you can bring your own thoughts to the Lord in prayer. Journaling is a great instrument to strengthen your faith and relationship with the Lord in your daily life.
There are tons of ways to go about having your own devotional guided prayer journal and no necessarily "right" way to do it. The goal is to encounter God's love, and glorify God! God moves in our lives on a daily basis and you would be amazed how one finds inspiration looking back at their prayer journal at the end of the year, and seeing all He has done!

One approach is you can write out what you are praying for, what you’re thankful for, or maybe Bible verses you are meditating on! Be sure to date it so you can go back and see time stamps of God moving in your life.
Another approach is logging a thankfulness journal where you can express gratitude for all God has done and is doing in your life! This is another powerful way to use journaling to connect with the Lord. Expressing thankfulness is such a powerful weapon when going through a hard time and another great way to connect with the Lord.
Or maybe you want to meditate on one particular inspiring Bible verse. You can write out the scripture and pray it over things in your personal life, and your friends and family.
Don’t forget to document praise reports! Document when God has answered your prayers. That’s what this is all about! Additionally, praise reports are a great way to incorporate individual worship into your prayer time by praising Him for all He has done.
If you want to get creative, here is another approach. If you have a specific dream in your heart you are praying into to see come to life, try this! It’s a ton of fun, and for those of us who are more visual, it might resonate more.
Just cut images out from a magazine or print out images, and put them in your prayer journal! You can write out your prayers, or pray while you are collaging.
